Refund policy

Because each Signature Case is personalized with your initials at the time of order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind once production has begun. That said — if your case arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full.
